Beside these passes, we stopped at Marble Mountains not Marble Shops for shopping because we are not a kind of shopaholic. Trekking up the mountains steps, we visit Linh Ung Pagoda with burning incense stick and learn about Vietnamese Buddhism. Going up more we stopped at Linh Ung Tower – near elevator for a panorama view of Marble Mountains. We spent last visit at Tang Chon Cave to see Hinduism of Cham altar and Buddhism Statue next door.

Marble Mountains includes five mountains surroundings. It’s a symbol of Five Elements in life: God of Metal, God of Wooden, God of Water, God of Fire and God of Soil. We couldn’t spend couple hours to see all of them but one of them was ok for us.

Hai Van Pass

From the peak of Hai Van Mountain Pass, we took photo down to Danang city, Lang Co Bay, Lang Co Beach. We suggest you start in the afternoon (2:00pm) from Hoi An after time of check out hotel then arrive at the summit on Sunset time. It’s a great time for taking photos and not much tourists.

Driving down to the pass our driver stopped for us again at the foot of the pass to take the stunning view of Lang Co Bay with Lap An Lagoon near by. It’s wonderful.

From here you can spend time for relax and swimming at Elephant Spring – It’s a natural spring attract most Vietnamese people in Summer Time not much tourist know for it. We had read about it but didn’t have enough time to see it. What’s a pity but it’s ok.
